A private residential project situated on the Bukit, the southernmost edge of the Island of Bali, overlooks a pristine sea-fronted lagoon from its clifftop location, 90 metres above an expansive white beach.

 

Each residence is set within its own walled enclosure consisting of a composition of discrete pavilions located within (and beneath) a formative Balinese landscape.  The residences are designed to create a flow of distinct and separate tropical experiences; from green chiaroscuro countryards through walkways over reflective pools, culminating in expansive views of the lagoon, the reef breaks and the horizon beyond.

 

The building are designed to the lightweight within the landscape, to maximise a connectivity with natue and provide differing combinations of inside outside living space.  The residences come with extensive sun decks, large infinity edge swimming pools, massage bales, spa type contemporary bathrooms with spacious living and relaxing areas.  The central pavilion, a simple classic rectilinear form, is massive in scale and provides a huge window to the sea and sky, opening views and catching sea breezes.
